The spectacular and storied 99 Sudbury space will play host to SIO's Winter Pop-up, serving up a range of Japanese-inspired street food to pair alongside cold-weather appropriate Junmai, Yamahai & Kimoto sakes from SIO Member importers + Ontario's own Izumi. Learn about these traditional sake styles and have a lesson in Sake Tasting with Chef & Sake Expert Michael Pataran. An amazing evening with SIO from 6:30-9pm, then stay on and enjoy Cash Bar from 9pm onwards!
