SIO Sake Day Celebration

SIO invites you to a celebratory evening in honour of Nihonshu no Hi - National Sake Day.  Learn about Japanese celebratory customs and traditions and the role that sake has played for centuries in Japanese festivals and special occasions with Michael Tremblay, Ki Modern Japanese's Sake Sommelier.  Guests will enjoy participating in a Kagami-biraki - the traditional sake barrel breaking ceremony - followed by an sampling of sakes + sushi & light appetizers.
